The Sales Staff and Sales Management were very helpful, patient and understanding. I am a very difficult buyer and they worked with me to negotiate a deal that worked for me. They were extremely pleasant and did not get frustrated when I negotiated my deal. I would recommend them.
Dave V is an awesome person to buy a new vehicle from because he truly loves the GM prodoucts and Salerno is a great place to buy a vehicle. I kept changing my mind, and Dave was happy to accommodate every request. I would recommend Salerno GMC to everyone, and they should see David as he shares the passion with the customer and makes it a great experience.
I was just there for an oil change. Service was fast and easy. I did expect my truck to be washed when it was returned to me, but it wasn�t. When I purchased it, I was told it would be washed each time I was there for service. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice.
I had a funny noise in the front of the car I had just purchased tires from a tire store so I thought it was in the tread design they said it wasn't that the right front wheel bearing was making the noise. When I was told that I called Salerno left a message with Terry that I was coming over to have them check it out. When I arrived I told Joe the story he took the car right in and fixed while I waited. Salerno's makes you feel welcome and gives you the most professional service possable
Once again, great customer service. I was able to bring my car in the day before servicing and they were able to give me a loaner car, which is a tremendous help. This is how the service department at Salerno Buick separates itself and rises above the other dealers in the area. In addition, I continue to be impressed by how clean and meticulous the dealership grounds and building is -- it really shows how much they care about their appearance and reputation.
I already spoke to the Service Manager regarding my experience. Basically, this is the third time where my wife complained that all services were not performed. Specifically, tire rotations. This time, I marked the tires and sure enough they were not rotated. After speaking to the Service Manager, they stated it was because the tired tread was not sufficient to rotate and needed new tires. So, they never rotated the tires and then charged as if they did. Again, two previous times my wife complained and I assumed a Dealer would never do that. However, she proved to be right. The Service Manager told me next time to let him know when we would be coming in so he could personally verify if everything is done correctly. We really appreciate that, but, no one should have to call the Service Manager to do this. This type of basic service should be done without that level of involvement from Management. One time, they only put in half the oil. The engine would show too hot and I checked the oil and it was at the half mark. This was three days after the oil change. Again, I wrote it off as the Dealer would never do that, but they did. I just bought a new car from you again, so I am somewhat reluctant to finalize the purchase and use the shop. I will be calling the Service Manager every time we do an oil change now..........
